Dave, Jeff and their crews completely refinished our basement and we couldn't be more satisfied. They emphasized their final product and they certainly did not disappointment as our basement turned out fantastic and just what we envisioned. Their initial quote was reasonable and they stuck to it with only a couple of minor adjustments having to be made. The entire process took approximately 2 months and by the time they finished we were friends. These guys have our highest recommendation. Service: Remodelling

David and Jeff were the most communicative and cooperative contractors I've yet had the pleasure of working with. From the start, they worked with me to plan the exact details of every step so as to keep within my budget, while being very forthcoming about how I should order my priorities and the details of each project. The work itself is of great quality, having been completed very promptly while accommodating my schedule. I couldn't give a higher recommendation. Home improvements unlimited made my bathroom dreams come true. The bathroom is one of my favorite rooms in the house as I love taking a nightly bath so I knew I needed to make it feel more luxurious and spa like. They exceeded my expectations! I feel like I'm in some swanky resort, I truly can't believe this is my bathroom. David was such a wonderful person to work with. So patient and kind. I must of had 50 million questions along the way but he was always willing to help guide me with decisions and help with any little thing that came up. Jeff is the most meticulous and detail oriented person I've ever met. His craftsmanship is gorgeous. Everyone that touched this bathroom did such an amazing job. Now I have the bathroom of my dreams!

I am long overdue in writing this review. This past summer I had these guys in to completely tear out and remodel my kitchen. The job included everything from removing a ceiling soffit down to the subflooring. When old water damage was found the job also included tearing out and rebuilding a bay window. I could not be happier with the work, the value, responsiveness and punctuality. I'll be getting in touch with them for exterior trim and painting that needs to be done this year and getting new windows for the whole house since I'm very happy with the quality of the new bay windows that were installed. I chose them for the work without even getting a second estimate. The reason is that they have done similar jobs for kitchen and bathrooms in at least five of my neighbor's homes. I had seen the quality of the workmanship and heard nothing but raves from all of those neighbors. I can now be added to the list of people giving rave reviews. Thank you David and Jeff for a job well done.

I apologize for the delay in posting this review. This spring, David and his team with Home Improvements Unlimited did a complete remodel of our master bathroom and also repaired some less-than-quality work that had been done on a guest bathroom remodel a few years ago. The entire team was extremely professional and friendly, very communicative at all times (via phone, email, and text), easy to get ahold of, and completed the project with absolute precision and care in a very timely manner. I was thoroughly impressed, and I have already asked the team for additional help with other repairs and remodels around the house. Pricing was completely reasonable and for any changes that had to be made, we were updated immediately to approve or decline as needed. David sent very detailed quotes throughout the process so that we always knew what work was going to be done and what had already been done and how much each item and process would cost. At one point I realized I did not like a paint color that I had selected, which required a change and additional work from the team. They were completely understanding and made the change rapidly. I strongly recommend this group (and already have to other friends that are planning to do remodels). I am already planning to use them again for additional work!
