Ordered drapes through the owner Carolyn. We had issues with the rod so twice it had to be replaced. Communications with her were difficult. When our drapes were placed the final time, shortly after, something fell off the rod. I called and texted her- no response. Luckily I had her installers info so I contacted him and he graciously came and fixed it to the best he could at no charge. A few weeks later, the end piece of the rod came off and so did some of the drapes from its track. Again I reached out to her and no response. The installer told me that it could not be permanently fixed until she orders a specific part. Now we are stuck with a broken rod and track and she's nowhere to be found. She has no interpersonal skills and in general has a bad attitude. No follow through, unprofessional, and irresponsible. Once she gets your money, she's out and you can't go to her place of business now because she closed it down and is working out of her house.

Ditto to the other reviewers that noted a complete lack of follow through or communication. I paid for more than 1/2 the order that I placed a good 4 months ago up front and am clueless as to when it will arrive. Avoid.

Phenomenal Drapery/Blind Resource and GREAT customer service! I was referred to Monique's working originally with Eastern Furniture (now since sold to Mark Thomas Home). I am working with Monique's now directly on a warranty repair for one of my Hunter Douglass blinds and all going well!

Sad sad place. We put in an order. We cannot get a response at all. Every time we call we get the run around. No one will State if the order was actually placed. It's been months and months. Stay away.

Absolutely the worst customer service in my 60 years I have ever experienced!!! We dealt with Nadine who, from the first initial consultation throughout the entire process, seemed to be bothered by any questions from measurements, meeting with us to choose shades to time of delivery. We had to call Nadine four times to find out when we were to have a measurement done after our deposit was given. After the fourth call we were told by Nadine she forgot to send the order to the installer. On the fifth day and after three calls unreturned, we were told the installer would show up four days later. After the measurements the installer told us to contact Nadine to find out how long it would take to receive and install. Had to call Nadine again, she returned call and told us not to call anymore and that the shades would be delivered and installed between 2-3 weeks. After paying almost 2k for two small skylight shades you would think the service would be better. BE WARNED...DO NOT work with Nadine. She is unprofessional and frankly, i'm surprised she is in any type of customer service profession at all.
