        Their customer service is absolutely horrible. First afternoon I called, a nice woman said someone would call me back soon. I never got a call back, had to call them. Got their usual receptionist, Michelle, who is rude, argumentative and condescending. I knew what was wrong with my on demand water heater (same problem happened before) yet I was still charged a diagnostic fee AND was forced to use a part they ordered ( at twice the cost)instead of the part I had. I order a new part as soon as it goes, so I wont be without hot water.They sent someone who was very nice, but he unfortunately had to call other techs to help him fix the problem, which took longer than it should have(you get charged by the hour). I will not use them again due to the rude receptionist who thinks shes a technician.

      We did not install this system or sell it to you. Our customer service is fast, honest and priced fairly. The details of your call were provided to you before we came out to service your imporperly installed system. You were not forced to use our service . At the time of your first repair the parts needed were on a national backorder with no date of delievery. They were shipped to us as soon as they were available. This is equipment that we did not install or even sell due to this known problem. We went out of our normal service practice and installed parts you found on the internet so that you would have hot water. When you called again, we explained that the parts were here from the first time and that we would not install customer supplied ones again. (this does not make for rude or agrumentativeness) Our tech that came out for the repair called another tech because your system is imporperly installed and lacks the proper shut offs needed for the repair and was asking for assistance to make it easier and faster instead of turning the water off and taking longer. The total of your service was $306+ tax which included the service call fee, parts, and labor very fair pricing.
