Called to see if we could buy a transformer for an old furnace. Tommy listened to what we had to say about our heating problem on the coldest day we have had this winter. Talked us through some things and then called us back to follow up and make sure we were good. Exceptional customer service!

Had a new Heat and Cooling system installed. The thermostat was installed incorrectly which caused the heat to not shut off. While out of town the thermostat was set at 69 but was over 100 degrees in the house for multiple days. When we returned we contacted the business and they fixed the thermostat but the Vinyl flooring was damaged. Owner agreed to have it fixed, after 6 months of promises that someone would be out or that it was turned over to his insurance, still no resolve. He would not give me his insurance and claim number. Promises made over and over again but excuse after excuse. Take your business elsewhere. Service: Heating system installation

I see your out of the (hospital) ... last summer you said you couldn't start on my mother in laws house because you were so (sick).. she had put around 4000.00 up front and you never came bas ofk, answered your phone or messages.. and you kept the money... from a retired couple on a fixed income... where's the money that you owe them
