My refrigerator quit on me 8 days before Thanksgiving and after four calls and a personal visit to the Willows at Wissahickon office I was told I could not get a replacement until "some time" after Thanksgiving. Terrible service even when you finally get to somebody who says they can do something about your problem!

While the community may be new, the leasing office, particularly Ms. Robinson, is a complete train wreck. Totally incompetent & a colossal waste of time. It makrs you wonder if they hired the first applicant.

RENTER BEWARE: I have lived at the Willows at Manalapan since 2012, when the site first opened. In the last few years the complex has gone to ruin since the current property manager was implemented to run and oversee our complex. The property manager has had a non-professional, handling of managing the complex, and turns a blind eye to major tenant concerns. She allows and turns a blind eye to the very visible daily drug dealing( we heard that she does nothing b/c she is involved), she turns a blind eye to the damage to cars and personal property, She turns a blind eye to maintaining the common areas and apartments, and She allows tenants to threaten and verbally assault other tenants. Ingerman Management has yet to reach out to us to rectify this issue. We were told by the property manager to call the police for every issue. This is a total lack of responsibly. Our job as tenants is to pay rent, and the property managers' responsibly is to be present, make sure we are safe, and to make sure the apartments and common areas are maintained. We love living at the Willows at Manalapan. This lack of care and responsibility is totally uncalled for and needs to be addressed.
