        The owner was very friendly when I checked in, however..... The room.... The furniture was old and stained. Mold in the bathroom. Ceiling was wet and falling in over the toilet. Lastly but the most important Bed bugs!!! Noteworthy details: Bed bugs. Nothing else needs to be said

        This man is horribly RUDE!!!The rooms stink, the sheets are dirty and I did not appreciate being talked crazy to for no reason! I would never recommend my family and friends from out of town to stay here! I was told to leave, he came from around the counter when I continued to ask questions about a stay I previously had concerning an animal! He made false allegations towards me and became agitated because I continued to ask for more details! Will NEVER recommend this place!! Holiday Inn and the other ones are actually worth your money! Not this place!!!!!!

      Dear Alicia Mckenzie,Violated terms of hospitality would not be tolerated having traffic and animals without registration. Given a room key misused or intentionally given to someone to hold dogs ( numbers of pets inside room, outside in front of your room waiting and barking too). Front desk received complaints of noise and traffic. We have no option in your absence to evacuate with trespass violations.Hospitality does not allow disturbances for other guests having multiple traffic.Our request not to rent a room in future for safety.Best regardsGMAmericas Best Value Inn - Camden, AR
