        I like open-face Liver & Onions on toasted French bread. The liver has to be medium-rare. It was served with green beans, and french fries. They did a great job. I eat liver and onions because I like the taste and it is excellent source of B12 for my neuropathy. The restaurant is a typical locally owned small neighborhood restaurant. If you are in Cambridge, this is the place to have Liver & Onions. They will cook it the way you like it. I like it as open-face on toasted French Bread.
