image Bought a battery here. The store manager refused to refund me a bad battery because it was 93 days after I found out it was a bad battery . I called 94 days asking about it and was told to call back another day to speak with the store manager. So I called 96 days after the 90 day period. I was stranded and now instead of a 240/300 battery bill its a 600 bill. Unkind people work there. Do not recommend this place.

image Very disappointed in there lack of customer service. We just purchased a transmission through the Cambridge Autozone and picked it up last week. Several employees were very helpful and friendly but one female employee that assisted us was very rude and unprofessional. She was harsh and rude on the phone when calling us to let us know our part was in and when giving instructions. Then at pick up, no instructions at all were given as to the proper procedure for returning the core. I am a busy professional and have very limited time, plus some of those helping me are from out of town and will not be here much longer. When we attempted the return our core this morning, Tuesday December 26th at 7:45 am, we were met the the same very rude female employee. She harshly told us that she can't accept our core today because of their shipment and lack of space. Which is fair, but she was short, rude and snippy and said it was our fault that we were told not to come on this day. Even so, a little bit of kindness and customer service would have been appreciated. This transmission was a very sizable purchase from their store, and i want management to know how dissappinted i have been with our treatment.
