Terrible they have know follow through. I have spoken to several people from this company concerning a tree that fell on my house from one of the property they manage and all I get are promise of date they will come out and then never show. What we’ve experienced with Elite, in our opinion, was far to often contrary to the best practices and industry standards of successful property managers. The business practices Elite demonstrated to us were often flawed and reflected an inability to market and manage apartments in a professional manner. The sheer consistency of poor communication and missteps is beyond what I’ve ever experienced professionally. ALEX & STAFF (most of) JUST DON’T GET. They rarely acted proactively and we doubt they new what proactive management was all about. Let us assure you we gave this company the benefit of the doubt on many occasions nor did we hold them to an unfair standard. We continue to make expensive repairs to our building and our rent loss from evictions has been enormous. I'm a real estate broker and property manager. With out a doubt, Elite is the worst real estate decision I've made in 30 years practicing real estate and investing.
