My daughter had a wonderful experience the first time she had her long hair trimmed and curled with a curling iron. However, today she came home in tears because the hairstylist did not even possess a curling iron to curl her long hair with and resorted to using a STRAIGHTENER to add waves to her hair, pulling extremely hard from her scalp all the way down to the ends of her waist length hair. Needless to say, her hair has been falling out and her scalp is very tender and sore. This lady "M" has no business being a stylist if she can only afford to use one instrument to style client's hair, much less making the experience there unbearable!!!
