        I had a new water system installed by them two years ago worked great until now. I have a newborn and I called for service on the system. I explained my situation and No response whatsoever.Our water was green and yellow.Their rain soft system sucks. And Im real upset that I couldnt even get a response.

        Calls not returned. Water not delivered on time and can't reach anyone. Upon cancellation, they charge a delivery fee to pick up empty bottles after we've already paid that fee for the bottles to be delivered initially.
