We have been slowly updating everything in our kitchen since we moved in. We finally got to the flooring and I stopped in at Fuda in Butler to see their options. Susanna, our salesperson, was very personable and helpful. We were on a somewhat short timeline and I was hoping to find something that I liked that was in stock, but I ended up picking something with a 4-8 week lead time because Im picky. The 8 week was really going to be hard for us because that was right when my husbands busy season starts with work and we were installing it ourselves, so we were hoping it was closer to 4 weeks. Around week 5, I called for an update. They called the manufacturer and they said that it would be at least another 4 weeks, so I opted to pick a different tile. Fuda 100% made the situation right in terms of price and even offered to deliver the tile to our driveway for free. Will definitely recommend them to others!

Very helpful when making a selection. Had an issue with a 5 inch long, approximately 1 inch gap on the back of the countertop, where it meets the wall. I contacted the store and let them know they were going to put me in touch with the owner, which never happened. Then they put me in touch with the fabricator, he offered a couple solutions that I was not happy with, his next comment was, would you just like me to build you a new kitchen? I found him to be rude, at least to me my boyfriend called, and they did come up with a resolution of patching, the space where the cut had been botched. I still had not gotten any follow up from the store itself to see if satisfaction has been achieved. They called to let me know that my grout and caulk was in, I let them know how unhappy I was, and that I felt that I was do some sort of restitution because I did not get what I paid for. after that, I still got crickets, no response. When I went in to pick up the grout, they asked oh is everything OK, I said that there had been a repair made. And it should've been quite obvious to them that I was not happy. They just gave me my stuff and try to get me out of the store as quick as possible. Obviously, I will never use them again.
