This place sucks I wouldnt recommend staying here, loud noise, people yelling at each other, the furniture is junk, no hot water have a leak in the heaters not enough towels or shampoo, the owners will charge your card and say they didnt get paid even tho they took the money out of your account and people just barging into your room do not stay here

Great location (right downtown), clean rooms, & comfy bed. Can't beat for the price! Also, Maggie is great and very accommodating

I called very late and woke the host up. She was so pleasant and got me a room and it was great. So much better than the redone discount chain hotels.

Close to Hot Springs State Park and 100% Americana. If you're going to take the American Road Trip, this quaint American owned and operated motel should be on your list of lodging experiences. The staff was friendly and non-intrusive and super welcoming of our two small dogs. We stayed in a regular room that was spacious and had a microwave, mini-fridge, and even loaner towels to take to the mineral pools. Next time we go, we're definitely going to rent one of the log cabins because they look so inviting and cozy. The price is very affordable and we felt much more comfortable than in a stale chain property. There's no ice machine so make sure you stop and grab some before checking in. Also, the shower in our room was quite small, so if you're a larger individual, check with the property and find out if they have larger shower accommodations in other rooms.
