So I had called asking and hoping for a closing voucher I've been in a situation where I've been robbed and completely taken for everything I have and own including my wallet and when I called and explained this to then they had offered to help me with a clothing voucher and told me just to come in with some type of picture ID sort of thing so I brought in a picture of my ID because like I told the poor gentleman they I have been robbed which would include the taking of my wallet and so when I finally walk 2 miles through the snow today to get there he tells me he doesn't write the rules and he can't help me but I've been to salvation armies across the country all owned by the same idea supposedly and I've had people been more helpful with less so I'm just really confused and every time I've worked with these people I feel like I don't really I don't get like encouragement or support it's always just like why are you here and why are you asking for help and why are you a nuisance and I don't really enjoy feeling like a nuisance so I just don't really recommend this place as a resourc resourc resource to people who actually need help because I need help right now and they're not doing anything other than judging so there's that I would say a zero out of 10 if I had to rate them
