Amanda is the best real estate agent. Always there to help she went the extra mile for me after buying a house out of state she took care of things for me even when I got busy working. Very friendly lady very professional and very helpful. She does everything she can to make things the best for the buyers she went the extra mile for me thank you Amanda for all the work you did for me you are the greatest when it comes to real estate gals. This company was referred to us to help sale some lots that we owned. We live about 2 hours away and did not want to deal with the hassle of putting this up for sale and wanted someone professional to do this. We were wrong, unprofessional is exactly what we got, the person that we went through could not get the contract stuff to us correctly nor could call back (will not tell you the condition of the person who did call back). Then we found out there was not a sign placed especially in the locations that we requested. We decided to travel over to see the lots and we found the sign just laying on the ground, no holes for the sign to stand. We have family whom lived in the area and they could not find the lots due to never finding the for sale sign!! Never would recommend this company, there are so many more out there that can help you, or just do it yourself, this is what you would do anyways, keep your 7%, you can place your house/land on Zillow for free!!

Shelby and Amanda are great agents to work with when buying a house. Great communication every step of the way. They worked diligently to ensure nothing slipped through that wouldve delayed closing; which was great considering I was out of town during the majority of the process.
