        I have been with the company 3 years and have no problem what so ever. It's a great company to drive for, great people, outstanding equipment that is taken care of. Much better equipment then other outfits in town. They are fair and honest. They treat you with the upmost respect, and are always willing to work with you as a driver and help. I read a review saying the drivers here are not safe.....well that's on the driver, not the company, and for 3 years I have not seen or heard issues. People are not perfect and things do happen, that does NOT mean drivers are not safe. And this company is one of the better trucking companies to work for in town. I have been to a few to work for and this is by far the best! The neg reviews on this outfit, are from people that never worked for J & R and are just hate.
