Holiday Inn Express & Suites Rock Springs Green River, an IHG Hotel

Rooms are roomy, clean, and well stocked. Gym and pools are awesome! Service was friendly and helpful. Location is near amenities and shopping.

The bed was comfortable they have nice dove soap in rooms. Clean room. There is 24 hr pool/hottub and fitness center which was nice considering most travelers may get in late which we did. Big space for breakroom. Bacon and cheese omelet juice machine . Nice area

Got a pet room since I had my 6lb yorkie. They were covering somethings up with the 100 pounds of carpet and air freshner they put down. After we were there for 30 minutes I realized my dog had been poisoned from something in the room! The employees did not care! I was working with two front desk ladies they said the were calling the previous guest that had occupied the room to see is they dropped pills or something. I waited 30 minutes and called the front desk for the "man named Jasmyn" to tell me when I asked where Becky was and he said she went home! I said I was waiti g to hear from her. He said well her shift was over she cant stay here. I said well she was "helping me"... He then said, well call animal control there is nothing we can do! Then I realized I had been charged on my visa card used for incidentals the room fee twice!!!! I prepaid from Expedia so that was being charged 3 times! They did not care. They argued with me saying it wasnt true they didnt charge me even though I showed my Expedia reciept my bank account and my Venmo account! Still tried arguing! Another 30 minutes passed she called the manager they figure it out and the "new employee" did it on accident but the gave me a refund however it could take a few days to be returned to me! Icing on the cake: my husband and 11 yr old went to buy some snacks at the front and Jasmyn told them to add it up!!! What! Um he is the worker! He said you know this is not a grocery store its a convenience store!Yes and what does that mean ?Horrible experience.. no offers to fix it at all!!! I travel a lot. I will NEVER STAY HERE AGAIN!
