        Called a few days ahead of time to set up an appointment they told me they would call me the day of to set up a time. I ended up having to call them when they hadn't called me by noon and was told they'd show up between 2 and 4. They never showed up and did not call or inform me that they weren't going to make it.

        Both technicians were professional and competant. They diagnosed the clogged drain and best method to remedy the problem. They were not messy and they fairly priced the job. I will use them again.
