Budget Car Rental

If I could give a lower rating I would there seems to be a teenager "running" the office. Online did not match anything that was actually on the lot. We called and he had an attitude saying that he didn't control what their website said.... 🤦‍♀️ then we get to the location and the price he told us on the phone was almost $300 less than what we were actually going to be charged.

I reserved a mini van as I needed to transport something. I was told to be there before 2 and I arrived well I'm advance. I was then told that a.person arrived just ahead of me and " really" needed a mini van. Wait what, but that's why I reserved a mini van, because I really needed one! Very disappointed..... I did get an SUV but as they are so much higher it was very difficult.....

Showed at scheduled time to pick up rental. Car was not ready. Sign on door back in 30 min. Was unable to wait any longer for car to be cleaned once they returned to office. Literally threw away trash from previous renters. Also the car smelled of marijuana despite efforts to rid the car of the odor. Walked the car by myself to Record any external damage. Took pictures of some damage i observed and made the employees aware of this damage before leaving premises. Weeks later I received I noticed that they were going to be charging me for those damages. I resubmitted the photos I took on the date of rental and explain the situation to corporate. They then denied me and said they’re going to charge me $200 on a vehicle for damages I did not called. Very unprofessional. Do not recommend.

If I could give 0 stars I would.. We rented and paid for a vehicle through this company. While on our way to pick up the vehicle 25 minutes before our reserved time we were told they did not have a vehicle for us. Can not get a refund for 10 business days and now no vehicle to leave for our vacation. Absolutely pathetic!!
