        Ezra was prompt and handled the problem quickly. From the first phone call to the finished service, it was about an hour and a half. He made sure the problem was resolved before he left for his next service call. He had helpful suggestions on how to avoid the situation in the future. I will absolutely use him for future plumbing projects.
