        If I could give them 0 stars, I would. When I moved, they were one of the very few service providers in the area. Paid for the service and equipment. Got no call, no showed FOUR TIMES for the setup appointment. Finally, I called and said I wanted a full refund and wouldn't be doing business with such an outfit. Fast forward- my husband's friend started working for them and sang the praises about how new and improved they were. I very reluctantly agreed to go with them. And here I am, remembering exactly why I said I'd never do business with them again- internet down for 2 weeks now. Multiple phone calls. Multiple voicemails left for them. On call tech never answers. Help text line doesn't work. Absolutely AWFUL customer service. Definitely NOT improved!

        these people dont know how to answer a phone and their re-directory text help number doesnt work. + some of the worse hold time ive dealt with.

        Horribly inconsistent connection stability and speed. Customer support is not great on following up. A gold star for the lack of a hard data cap though.

        The internet is really unreliable it goes off and on . Its Ben like this sense we moved here. Thats been 3 years and all we get is its your connections we check them and thats all they can do for us .

      Thank you for being a customer the past 4 years, sorry for the issues you had the past couple of weeks. We were having some issue with the call queue and voicemail at the office, we didn't get your messages before last Friday. We will work to do better in the future. I believe we have those fixed now and your service restored. Let us know if there are any other issues.

      The tower you are on is powered off-grid. We just upgraded the battery storage last week and it should be working better now. If not give us a call and let us know.

      Courtney, we had been a bit short staffed. Also there was an issue with the call routing. I believe we have it corrected now.
