We were selling our home for sale by owner and were happy to pay a buyer's agent partial commission. Dave's client bought our home. However, without even knowing we were willing to pay commission, Dave called about our home within a few hours of us putting a sign in front. He was very professional and easy to work with. He did some things for us as sellers also such as providing a seller's statement and closing paperwork. One of the smoothest real estate transactions we have been involved in. If we ever need a realtor in that area again, we wouldn't hesitate to use Dave as our realtor for either buying or selling. We would highly recommend him.

Not only did I buy my property with Nicole Rodriguez-Brown, but I sold it with her as well. Both time were smooth and easy. She helped me find the right buyer for my property, and the process couldnt have gone any better. She does a great job for her sellers. Doesnt take any hot air from anyone, and is there to help you when needed.

Elite West Realty was delightful to work with! Carrie Hamilton helped us buy our first home in Powell, WY in 2020 and when it was time to sell our house to move to the southeast, we had an amazing experience as we knew we would! She went above and beyond to help us and both times she made buying and selling easy!! If we ever go back to the area she will be the first person we call!
