I'm very skeptical of mechanics and am happy to say that ALL of the works which they have completed for me and my family have been fair, reasonably priced, and work well done. I highly recommend Angry Irish if you are looking for a good family mechanic!

Dusty and his crew go above and beyond for their customers. They are incredibly honest about any repairs that need to be made and always take the extra step to explain. Highly recommend, and will continue to use for any and all services!!

Dusty kept my RV for over 3 weeks which I did not mind. When I picked it up the day the work was completed (I didnt wait 2 wks. as his comment claims) it had body damage, & bike rack damage that my insurance needed to cover. HIS INSURANCE DOES NOT COVER VEHICLE DAMAGE WHILE IN HIS LOT OR SHOP. He has video cameras of his bay, lot & street parking, but didnt find how the damage occurred. My insurance company had to pay for the damages. I had transmission fluid changed by him. He gave it back to me 3 quarts overfilled. Dusty said this was due to his mechanic not taking into acct. old fluid in the lines and torque converter. I requested Motorcraft spark plugs be put in my Ford V10, but they used iridium plugs instead. After I asked for the plugs to be replaced, Dusty specifically told me hed never put iridium plugs in this engine because they fire too hot. He told me V10 plugs are known to blow out, & the right plugs are VERY important. HE said he has found AC DELCO plugs to be better than Motorcraft for this engine, but Andrea ordered iridium, & DJ installed them without Dusty making sure I got the plugs he recommended to me directly. He did not offer to make it right until I asked for it. He contradicts himself frequently. HE TOLD ME HE HAD A HIGH SCHOOLER remove my generator & gave my vehicle back without inspecting the work. Bare wires were hanging from the generator compartment. When I spoke to Dusty he wanted me to get it back to him asap because he was worried the wiring may start a fire. He had had generator wires start a fire on his rv when he removed his generator & was very concerned the same could happen to me. This is another instance where he let me drive away without checking the work thoroughly before giving it back to me. Before having my intake manifold replaced by Dusty I had him do a compression check as to not put too much money into my engine if, it werent in good shape. The Compression came back with flying colors 150/175 on all 10 cylinders. He said the engine would last a long time.400,000 miles (HIS WORDS). He replaced the iridium plugs with the new platinum plugs he originally recommended to me. He was in a big rush that day & couldnt even take 5 minutes to speak with me. They handed me the keys AND NEVER TEST DROVE IT after replacing the plugs for the 2nd time. He also told me that the intake manifold needed to be tightened down but didnt take the time to do it at this last appointment. I left town and about 50 miles down the road my vehicle hesitated a bit up an incline. I texted Dusty about it & he didnt respond to me. I thought it may be the intake manifold needing to be tightened down as he said needed to happen, or maybe my differential. I had the differential fluid checked by Dusty as well & then found it to be leaking from the access plug. Another mechanic cleaned the plug because Dusty left it dirty causing the leaking. When I got to my destination in Arizona I immediately took it to a mechanic & found that THE ENGINE IS SHOT. Fuel washed out the rings on cylinder #9 & compression was only at 50 in this cylinder. The spark plug in this cylinder was also crushed with no gap due to the WRONG PART/intake manifold being put on by Dusty. The replacement engine has cost me $13,000. This whole experience has been VERY stressful, time consuming, & expensive. I also know firsthand I am not the first to have had a bad experience with this mechanic. New info: Dusty replaced my intake manifold with the wrong part because he doesnt know enough about Ford changes in manifold for different years. The manifold he put on was the wrong one. It left significant gaps on all cylinders for unmetered air to get through, and cause damage to the engine. Also, to respond briefly to his comment. There are many misrepresentations and errors in what he has written. Its hard to believe these are all unintentional. Dusty, if you read this please know I am asking for my money back plus damages. Id like to work this out with you if you are willing to dialogue about it, but only in writing.

Miss Pokorny I'm sorry that you feel this way but you origionally came in for a mass miss fire, an oil change, and a transmission service. But when you dropped your vehicle off you added more to the list of things you wanted done, and continued to add more things to the list. So then we had to work you in in-between appointments because your were not the only major project that we were working on at the time. When we got your vehicle in for the missfire we found your previous mechanic had broke vapor lines, glued plug-ins to your coil pack & injectors because they were broke, and had installed the wrong style on intake for that motor. We informed you of this and we took the correct style off of a parts vehicle we had here at the shop and you authorized the repairs. Ran a compression test as requested by your "boyfriend" found that it was 150-175 across the board which is good at our alltitude (7200ft). We installed OEM Autolite spark plugs because they work the best for the Tritan V10 that you have, you over heard Dusty talking to another customer about ACDelco which is the prefered spark plug for Chevy not Ford. You picked up your vehicle proceded to demand the spark plugs be changed which we did at the shops expense. You had your vehicle for a week complained that the transmission was overfilled and in that week you put 150 miles on it. You brought the vehicle back we found that it was 1/2 quart over filled, we were pumping it out when Dusty walked away to check the damage to your bumper you wanted to show him, the pump pulled 3 quarts of transmission fluid out, in turn he had to re top it off with 2 1/2 quarts. The damaged to the bumper that you are saying happened at the shop, Dusty went through the videos because we have security cameras all over the property and could not find the incident you were talking about. The only time it was not in camera view was the almost 2 weeks it was left outside of the yard after repairs were made, before you came and picked it up. It was outside our fence "nosed in". You never mentioned your bike rack at any time you were at the shop. But Dusty felt bad about the damage which he gave you a credit of your deductible, even though there was no video proof. After the generator was removed Dusty wanted to see how your wiring was ran to see if they were "live" wires. And to make sure everything was ok because there is nothing wrong verification. The day you say Dusty didn't have time for you, he was leaving town for a family emergency. He came to the shop to work on your vehicle only. Now as far as high schoolers go. The "High School" students are part of a work release program through the school, where you get class credit for working in a field that you eventually want to do as a career when you graduate. The high schoolers you are talking about, are lube techs they do oil changes. We are very sorry that a chunk of carbon broke loose and wiped out your engine 1400 miles after our repairs were completed. The current shop called us to notify us of their diagnosis. God Bless
