        I switched from Farm Borough Insurance to Farmers Insurance because of Michael Freeman. He is one of the friendliest people I know, and has become a good friend. He has invested himself to communicate with me about what our needs are and the best advice for financial expenditures to meet those needs. While we, of course, would like to see rates lower, we understand the need to be financially viable on our agencies part as well. But Mike has gone out of his way to make sure we are saving as much money as we can and still have a good product.
