The burgers are good and the fries are on point but the order to plate time is very lacking. The employees engagement of customers was very poor. Employees were very obviously too busy to take our order which is to be expected during a dinner rush with limited staff available. We stood there silently for about 13 minutes as several different employees did their best not to look in our direction so they would not have to engage in a interaction with customers prior to getting their task done. Task priority is important in order to get to your previous orders done in a timely manner but going out of your way not to engage a customer is a good way to set yourself up for failure. As a person who has managed and critiqued their own teams I was not upset but was very surprised at the way the business is being operated. You have a good team but someone needs to evaluate the practices of their team and clean up the process. Sidenote: If off duty employees are to be in the area where food is being prepared please make sure that said person is tidy and not looking like a person from the "People of Walmart" website.
