Worst experience I’ve ever had with a builder. Almost impossible to get ahold of after contracted, and charged about 30% more than quoted. Had to change the kitchen design because Denis didn’t show up on time and the floor and plumbing had to be set. He said it would take no longer than 2 weeks, and today the project still isn’t finished. His workers installed damaged and unfinished cabinets. When I asked him to finish the job and show me his costs he threatened to charge me more, and blamed me for having to change the floor plan which was caused by him not showing up.
