If I could 0 star this company I would. I was rushed into making a decision which I wasn't sure of yet due to "on demand and not precise pickup time" so I declined. Called a 2nd website number called "laramie taxi A 24/7 taxi service" and same impatient lady picked up and asked "did you just call?" And I responded "is this the same saferide company?" And she said "it sure is" I told her "wow yall have 2 different websites for the same company" and so she said "so did you want to be picked up?" And before I could even wrap my head around how i just got back in contact with this company, she hung up abruptly. I could clearly hear how she put the phone down. As a prior marine of the USA that has been around the world, I've never had no experience with such unprofessional like service from a taxi company before in my life. It was sickening and rude. Please if you ever have to go anywhere while visiting do not contact "saferide" or "laramie taxi A 24/7 taxi service". God forbid somebody in desperate need, tries to get a ride from them. It's no wonder they made a new website called "saferide" cause of the many bad reviews on their first site. Disgusting and unsafe behavior from this lady and company.
