So far I have been very pleased with Curtright. I have a rental unit in Laramie and they came out right away when the heat stopped working. Also prompt to call back.

I am among those in the last few weeks that have had a terrible experience with Curtwright Plumbing. Originally I was highly impressed with their customer service when I called to make an appointment for them to hook up a gas range. THEN, they didn't show up for the appointment. No phone call no nothing. So I called to reschedule and they said the person that was suppose to come out got sick. Ok, so why no phone call? So, I rescheduled for this past Wednesday. NO SHOW AGAIN! Left a message and no call back! Maybe they are having personal issues, but when you run a business, YOU CANNOT IGNORE YOUR CUSTOMERS!!!!!!! Would not recommend them because they are unreliable!

Curtright Plumbing was recommended, I called and listened to the phone message asking to leave a name, number and reason for call OR a phone number that would be used for call back. No Call Back, Called back and spoke with Josh, told him of my request, set an appointment for the following week. No one came, took off work, called left a message, no call back, called this morning, answering machine - let a message that I was disappointed - told Josh not to worry about my plumbing needs I would call another plumber... not sure how these guys have a 5 star rating
