I've been a client since the 2019 returns, and this year Feb 15th 2023, I met in person with Aaron Palmer and he assured me he had time to work on my returns and could get started right away. I set up another appointment March 1st to clarify any issues and it was pretty evident he hadn't even looked at them before that second meeting. I still held out hope my returns would be done and kept checking in if they needed anything. April 21st I received a stern email that they have to focus on their "timely clients" and aimed to have them completed before my busy summer season. Fast forward to today December 17th, a full 10 months of actively checking in and waiting for my taxes to be completed. I've sent 6 check status emails with no response, I've been told 3 times they are near completed and being reviewed starting in September. I've valued my previous relationship and hoped for too long Thompson Palmer would do what they said, and complete my returns. I've been patient and ready to field questions but now they are just constantly ghosting me. I've learned my lesson and hope by writing this review you can avoid the soul crushing incompetence and horrible customer service you receive when working with Thompson Palmer.
