I had more than one bad experience at this shop. I would not go back here. Poor customer service, poor communication, they left a piece of cracked trim on my vehicle and stripped out several screws. I pointed it out and they replaced them. They did not clean the vehicle before it was returned and told me to bring it back and they would clean it at a later date. The biggest problem I had was they damaged the locking mechanism in my door and refused to repair it.

I had called to inquire whether they could repair my vehicle or not. Its a tall vehicle so I wanted to make sure they had the facilities to handle it. The lady I spoke to on the phone assured me they could & I was so happy because I called three other places that said that they couldnt. Then after starting the process I spoke to someone else via email who all of a sudden said they couldnt. Even after getting my information over the phone the previous day it seemed like this was the first he had heard of it. Not to mention, they literally stopped responding to my emails after asking questions about it. They told me no before even asking the height of the vehicle. Seriously??? Dont ignore your potential customers who are willing to spend thousands of dollars at YOUR shop! I heard they were good, but all I was given was terrible communication & poor service. Very unprofessional. Would not recommend!!!
