Not a locally owned locally operated business any more and it shows. When coming from wright during the miner 500 I called and said there were wise loads on the road and I was running about 5 to 10 minutes late. When I arrived at 837 my appointment was at 830 I thought I was in good shape. I waited until 842 to be waited on at which time they told me they were charging me the emergency appointment fee which rounded up was $100. I said you saw me come in and I was waiting in line and she said I saw you there but dont know how long you have been there and it is now 10 minutes over your appointment time. The service was mediocre and referring to my cat as a him numerous times even though I corrected them.

I called, and got the same day appointment and got it done quickly and easily. Very professional and friendly.
