These guys spent 2 hours in a blizzard helping me with a tire and then towing me. Great service and extremely helpful.

Was in a pretty good bind and they answered the phone on a holiday weekend. They responded to a field repair on a truck/trailer lighting issue, at DOT port of entry in record time. I recommend this company for anyone that needs a quick fix. Im out of state and would have costed 12 hours of travel time just to get to the repair if I sent my local mechanic.

I called them when my truck was having a few issues, it ended up being there for over 4 months and I got it back running worse than it had been if it even ran at all. Any communication that went on during that time I had to facilitate, I wasn't called once with an update. I tried calling dragon to get my injector codes after the truck had left Draggins shop they said they would get back to me and never did. Thousands of dollars spent for a still broken truck.

Okay, you guys are seriously a life saver! It is so fulfilling to know that there are still amazing people in this world. Not only have you guys exceeded my expectations in the past working on my suburban, but you guys always answer my questions when I call and I am so grateful. NOT ONLY THAT, but today a taxi company left my husband hanging and I saw you in my contacts so I called desperately and you guys saved the day. You really really have no idea how much it means to us!! Thank you so so much! You guys are amazing. AND YOU HAVE PINK TOW TRUCKS!! I don't think you can get any better than that. By the way want to give me a job driving the pink tow truck, it would be a dream come true
