I used this office over the course of several years, and I'm not sure about the other doctors in this practice, but I had problems with Dr. Joubran dismissing my concerns, not offering much help or treatment options. Nothing much showed up on my endoscopy and colonoscopy, and they said "it must be IBS" without offering a follow up to discuss treatment options or diet changes (like a low fodmap diet). It's been several years since I've dealt with their office and won't return (the last appointment I ever had there I left in tears). I need to see another GI doctor but I'll travel out of town for that.

Not concerned with the patient one bit. I was seen by a P.A. in gillette and was told he would be getting ahold of me soon after looking at the x-rays from an E.R. visit I had and never heard from them again until I canceled the next appointment. And when they called after that to see why I canceled they didn't even want to here what I had to say because the gal was "just in scheduling." Poor patient care.
