      image Customer service is garbage. They like to raise rates without notifying you. They also filed a claim based on a question I asked which I didnt ask them to do and it was a nice surprise when that raised my rate. Asked them to change some parts of my policy to make it more affordable, just found out they didnt do it even though they told me they did. If you like being lied to and ripped off, this is the insurance company for you. Best decision you can make is taking your business elsewhere.
