We tried booking over the phone. The man was so pushie. He tried to put 80. of taxes on top of the room price. He said that was state taxes. He said we wouldnt find another room in Billings. which we did. We will never try booking here.

Meh. This hotel is mid for the price and advertised amenities. The beds are hard and the towels are scratchy. Want to charge your phones by the bed? Good luck. There's one outlet and the lamp plugs in there. Something is wrong with the TV, the volume doesn't work well. The big bummer for me was the water park. The pool is drained and has yellow caution tape around it, so obviously no swimming. The thing is that it's been like that for 6 months. As far as I know, could be longer, but I was here 6 months ago and the pool wasn't usable and STILL isn't. They couldn't get the pool fixed in 6 months?? Website doesn't mention the pool being unavailable either, of course. They've got the water slides and the lazy river but no swimming? Also all the tables at the water park are folding Rubbermaid tables, which is odd. And though they have some benches, I counted a total of 14 chairs. There were about 100 people there tonight watching their kids play because the water park is shared by TWO hotels and about 20 people total got to sit down. There are entire sections of concrete that could have tables and chairs but it's just empty space. And they have NOBODY regulating the water slides. No employees up top making sure kids don't get hurt. I watched 5 kids come out of the water slide together in a pile of arms and legs because they're making their own decisions. Seems irresponsible of the hotel. Also there are no gathering spaces like tables and chairs in the lobby or anywhere for visiting groups to hang out except the pool area where there are also no chairs. For the price I wasn't impressed.
