Hampton Inn Gillette

Remodeling containers take up half the parking lot, but room was nice and clean. Staff was friendly and helpful. Only issue was that it took a long time for the bathroom sink to get warm water and never got hot.

Normally, I take more pictures. My pics are evidently reflective of what my thoughts were. Rooms were ok but not really as clean as I am used to with the Hilton line. Location was good with easy access to anything I needed in the area.

My husband and I recently stayed here for one night while passing through. When we arrived the front desk agent was no where to be found and when she did appear she acted as though we were bothering her. She looked up our reservation and proceeded to simply toss our room key package at us. She did not advise what time the breakfast hours were or anything else. Also her blouse was dirty and wrinkled. Not a good attitude or look for a front desk agent. The most concerning thing however was written on the bathroom mirror in our room. Upon my exit from the shower, the words "I saw you naked, good luck" appeared out of the steam on the mirror. I was actually horrified and not amused. This was totally unacceptable. When we checked out we asked the front desk agent if the manager was around so we could speak to him or her and the girl simply said "no" and nothing else. Not a smile, not a no, they are not in but I can get you into contact with them. Was there a problem with your room? Will not stay here again and have contacted the manager to advise of our experience.
