        I live in a different state and ordered flowers and stuff animals for a friend. The animals that I ordered were not in stock and the store called me immediately to resolve this. They were very sorry about the animals not being in stock and replaced them with different ones. Amazing customer service!

        My daughter and I ordered flowers from here for a friend whose father passed away. We asked for a sympathy bouquet with warm colors. Paid almost $80 for it. What we got was a all white bouquet that looked like it came from Walmart. Very disappointed. Will never order from here again.

        I ordered this as a surprise for my daughter, and it is absolutely adorable, I am so glad crazy Daisy does their Grinch Christmas trees every year!! Its been almost 4 weeks and its still green + thriving!! It has become part of our table centerpiece!!

      Terri,When Vandee contacted us and ordered the arrangement, I don't believe she mentioned anything about warm tones. That is a request we would have inquired more about color of floral as "warm tones" is very vague. We have written down that it was a sympathy arrangement going to a work place and no Christmas was requested but wintery would be appropriate. Other than those instructions it was a designers choice. We often time send all whites and cream arrangements to the home for sympathy arrangements similar to the arrangement we sent out that day. I am unable to upload the photo you sent to me with this response but I will put it on my goggle pictures that is associated with this page as I think the bouquet that I made for the order was very pretty and appropriate for the information that we had. The arrangement was ordered around 10:30 am, it was filled to value with the freshest flowers available to me and delivered before 3 pm the same day as it was being delivered to a school. I am sorry that you were unhappy with the flowers that were sent and the service you received from my shop.
