        My husband and I are new to the LLC so we didnt know a whole lot, Bruce seemed to be very knowledgeable about the LLC and accounting. After the LLC was set up my husband tried to set up a business account through our bank but couldnt, due to only Bruce being on the LLC and my husband was no where on it, so our first amendment was filed, which we had to pay for. The next amendment we got an email about from the Secretary of State saying our LLC name change was complete? We DID NOT want nor authorize this change and he will not pay for the THIRD amendment to change it back. Last straw for us, he also had our taxes since FEB 21st and March 20th hadnt even touched them, after we were told they were just needing to be reviewed before being submitted!!! And he tells us he may have lost his mind about the name change and messed up!! Dont go here, he needs to retire
