        Our bike broke down here in Evanston. Called the LeisureTime shop by local recommendation and not only did they answer the phone on a Sunday (not what we expected at all), but were helpful in making recommendations and on Monday, assisting to get us back on the road. Reasonable, helpful and all around great service. Thank you Kent and Chad!

        We have waited for over a month to pick something up and once they were ready for us to come and get it they charged us twice as much as the original cost over two little screws and when we show up when their supposedly open they are not. Also the workers are very rude and unprofessional.

        Kent came and picked up my bike and got me tires and tubes on my bike in two days. He did a great job and the price was better than other places i found in town. He will get more of my business.
