Annette has been a god-send when I needed it most. I have struggled to find a therapist that worked well for me and wasn't trying to drag out sessions so they could keep getting money. I have been so grateful for her direct approach to recovering from trauma. She has been supportive while giving me tools that actually work. I would recommend her to anyone. 10/10

I'm super grateful for the success we've had working through my trauma. I was suffering severe PTSD and panic attacks when I first came to Annette. It was affecting me daily. I didn't want to deal with the world anymore and was slowly becoming agoraphobic and antisocial. It took a few months before I noticed my symptoms were improving. There were times I questioned the process. It can be painful and scary to face the flood. My emotional states are stable; becoming more positive every week. Most importantly --- no more panic attacks! I have been to many therapists over the years. I feel very confident for the first time in my life, sessions with Annette will help me to not allow past triggers to hold me back from my future wellbeing. She's comfortable, professional, gently helped me see how all my feelings are equally important messages to self, and how I hold myself back from my healing when I deny self any feeling. My last few sessions I left feeling a huge sense of relief. The weight of my emotions changed when permission to feel turned into acceptance. My body and mind feel lighter than ever. I don't feel the guilt that plauged me lifelong. Thank you Annette. I am very lucky I found you.

Annette is a wonderful Councilor. I have done EMDR theropy with her. If you have been through trauma that you can't get past please look into this. Annette is certified in this type of theropy. I'm so grateful to have found Evergreen Counciling. Annette is so compassionate and non-judgmental. Commit yourself to getting better. Find that relief your mind needs. You deserve it!
