Wells Fargo bank the worst bank that I done business with the tellers. Are rude They can't you because they're under trained. I'm glad that we are switching banks

If you are thinking of opening a new account please dont. Choose Chase or another bank. Citi Bank also sucks. Wells Fargo is extremely antiquated and continues to charge me fees for my checking account. If you have any issue you need to always call. You cannot file any disputes online. If you file any dispute they close your credit card regardless of the type of dispute you file. Its ridiculous!!!! I had to file a dispute after I was charged for a subscription I cancelled. I had to close the credit card .:.. thats insane considering that nobody had stolen my card. I was charged for the subscription after I cancelled it. Also, any time you call Wells Fargo they transfer you to customer service representatives that dont speak good English. Its such a hassle to deal with them. Thank the lord I did not open my business account with them. Please dont even bother with them people. Please find someone else. Even online banks are better than Wells Fargo Bank. I decided to just take my cash out and never do business again with Wells Fargo.

The service here is terrible! Trying to open a savings account and cant get anyone to help me. The teller literally told me to go to another branch or to come back after they had lunch.
