Chinook Winds Lodge

Room 5 as well as most of the property is in need of repairs. The room rate was the lowest in the Dubois area so we took it. The front entrance into the office and a good portion of the parking area were iced over with no attempt correct. When it warmed up and some of the ice melted the water seeped under the wood floor. This is our second stay at Chinook Winds. The location is great for our needs, just wish the property manager would give the place some attention. This is only going to get worse. The staff were awesome! Great location we cant wait to go back. Rooms: They were nice and clean. Nearby activities: There was a rodeo the weekend we were there. And the town is very friendly. Safety: Its quite and safe

We had a very comfortable stay at Chinook Winds. Beds were comfy, rooms were clean, and the front desk staff were very nice and welcoming. It was also really quiet, which is always a relief. My only critic is I had a hard time getting ahold of them to make sure we had a pet friendly room. But upon arrival, it was a non issue.
