        The people inside are incredibly nice and helpful. I never had any problems before the merger. After, however, Im having nothing but problems mobile banking, my checks are taking days to deposit, I never know if my account is accurate anymore, and on more than one occasion Ive been locked out of my account for no reason. The people inside and their services deserve 5 stars but honestly I cant recommend this bank anymore with the problems I and other people have been having. Negative reviews are also being deleted, there used to be more. This is not a five star institution anymore. The only reason Im staying is because of how kind the employees here are. Do not bank with Bank of Jackson Hole.
