        While the guy who did my taxes did an outstanding job, I used Jackson Hewitt to get a rapid refund. The bank they used sucks, didn't even check my credit score and denied me for an advance. It cost me almost $450 to file my taxes with them. If I would've known all this, I would've stuck with H And R Block. Thanks tho, to the guy who prepped my taxes, he did do a good job.

        I have been doing my taxes with Jackson Hewitt for 5 years and unfortunately had to switch to HR this year. The station at the Walmart in Cody WY is a joke. After sitting there for 20 minutes waiting for the guy to finish up with other customers he just left and failed to see us sitting there waiting. We continued to wait for another 20 minutes for him to be back. He never showed. I called the main office and they said he was still clocked in. So we waited for another 15 minutes. Now we are on our way to HR block. Pretty sad that they are loosing loyal customers.
