Big Horn Mini Storage

I have been renting a few storage units at Big Horn Mini Storage for a few years now. Christina has been awesome! I highly recommend!

I called for some information about their storage two minutes ago since I'm located in South Carolina and can't exactly drive there to ask a couple of questions. Before I could get my first question out, the guy blurts out "sorry, we're full." So I say, "well I'd like to just get some information." He tells me he is very busy unloading trucks and I would have to call back. Then he hung up on me. I don't think I've ever encountered worse customer service than that. If I could give negative stars, I would.

I have rented a storage unit at Big Horn Mini Storage in Cody for around 3 years. I could not be happier with my choice to store my belongings there. Their friendly staff is awesome! It's in a great area. The units are clean and reasonably priced. The spacious lot allows easy access entering and exiting the property, which is perfect for anyone like myself, who has limited experience in backing up a trailer. I would highly recommend Big Horn Mini Storage to anyone who is looking for an ideal, safe place to store their belongings. Additionally, I would like to thank the staff at BHMS for their patience and kindness. Y'all are as awesome as they come!!!!

Great staff! Really easy to deal with, I've forgot to give them a payment and at the end of the month I've been kindly reminded via text, it's very convenient only reason I didn't give them 5 stars is because the units get tons of dirt in them, but they do stay dry so that's a huge plus!
