When I scheduled the delivery I was told I was the first stop on the driver's way to denver. I'm literally a half hour from the Depot. Later it turned out he wasn't even going to denver, And now he had two stops in front of me. I waited four hours and never received the promised call ahead, Even after confirming twice with the office while I waited that there would be one 30 minutes before arrival. There was nothing on the Drivers paperwork about A call ahead. The only reason I gave two stars is because the driver was excellent and obviously overworked and under appreciated. The equipment on the truck was inadequate for the task And nearly pulled him off the Pathetic excuse for a load gate, but he worked through it with a smile and apologies... Much more than I got from the office staff who are obviously well trained in the art of Blame avoidance. I guess if you've been stuck with these guys For your freight delivery, My best advice is to take the day off No matter what they tell you and don't hold your breath...

Great customer service, both on the phone and in person. Our driveway is not accessible for a truck with a 48' trailer, but items cannot be left at the county road since it's a quarter mile from the house. The driver called before attempting delivery, and we met to accept the delivery in person. Shawna was great. Shipment was in perfect condition.

Worst experience with a shipping company I've ever had. I tried being patient with the cyber attack thing but they still haven't made it right and at this point it's just incompetence and lack of caring. I have no tub, and this one is now 3 weeks late, going on 4 weeks. Cheyenne told me Montana had it, then changed their mind and said Des Moines had it and to wait until next week. Des Moines said Cheyenne didn't know what they were talking about because neither place ever had it, and it was in Kansas City and wasn't being shipped but was stacked. Denver shipped it backwards to Kansas City for no reason, didn't care to check why, didn't care to make things right and get it back, and now it's just sitting there and no one can get it back on a truck. I've tried for 3 days to get Kansas City to send it back to Denver since they won't try themselves, and every day they neglect to send it back out. Unbelievable levels of incompetence and lack of caring. They apparently expect their own customers to do their logistics for them. My shipment is just sitting in a warehouse now, not being shipped, and this company doesn't care and won't do a thing about it. I promise I will do everything in my power to make sure no business I know ever uses this company for anything anymore and I'm currently calling both the manufacturer and Menards to tell them I'll be taking my business elsewhere if they ever use this company again too.
