Wonderful place I saved a lot of money and the paint is as good as new paint and the customer service is amazing

James is a nice guy, however professionalism isn't a strong point. I placed an order with him for 15 gallons of paint with 5 different
Colors due 1 week later. I get a text a few days later saying his wife had a procedure and there were complications. Ok, I get that stuff happens and family is important. He said that he didn't have time anymore to match the colors to where I'd like them. Didn't offer to do it but it would be late, or offer any sort of discount for the inconvenience, just said he couldn't do it anymore. I'm opening a business myself, and this put me in a terrible bind, as I had budgeted the funds specifically for the price he had stated. When a business makes a commitment to fulfill an order, you follow through. Had to spend $470 more to get my paint at a corporate store and they had it ready the same day.
I try to support local businesses as much as possible but when stuff like this happens
It really makes me leary.
