        Sam was awesome during the whole leasing process. The apartment was ready on the exact day she said it would be. She is a very kind, and prompt realtor. I just moved here and I would recommend Bear Paw Realty to anybody seeking a great experience shopping for a home.

        Sam listed to my felon story then tried to help with a rental. It was a no go. But refunded my money. Will use them in the future

        Sam is a wonderful Landlord for the first year there were many things that our last manager promised to fix and replace which was not delivered on. Once Sam had taken over as soon as I had let her known about the issues she got straight to taking care of the concerns and repairs. Now that I'm getting in to a better financial situation I hope to start working with her and the company towards a better rental unit for My wife and Daughter.
