I have found the plumbing company that I will use for everything going forward. They are so professional and just awesome!! My pipes were frozen and Derik and Josh worked tirelessly in the cold to get my water flowing again. They were the second plumber that I had that day and they finished the job and got it done correctly and made sure there were no other issues. I can't praise them enough!! Needed them to come out on a Sunday morning for a blockage in my plumbing. They came within a couple hours and fixed my problem relatively quickly. The dispatcher and the tech were very friendly and professional. Service was outstanding compared to my previous experience with other plumbing and heating companies. I would definitely recommend bull ridge. They are who I will continue to go to for my plumbing needs in the future.

Contacted them per contact page. Got a fairly quick response with a few questions, what I answered right a way. But then, no response for hours. I called and was put on hold for the longest time. Talked to a lady, I believe Nicole, not sure, don't want to remember. But so snotty and unprofessional. I get way better service at McDonald. I was self-employed for over 16 years. Someone like her would have gotten the boot immediately.
