        No one answers when you call and when they do they are rude and unhelpful I am so sick of this bank I have now closed my account because of their horrible customer service. You'd be better off banking anywhere else than this joke of a credit union

        Josie, Tammy, and Adele are absolute Rock Stars. They made the entire process of getting a newer used to vehicle amazingly easy. Also refinanced my Harley. They were patient and they could answer any question I had and also very pleasant. Love this bank and the people who work here.

        Josie Tucker is a god send!! She worked her butt off to help us with a vehicle loan and wouldn't stop until she could get it figured out. Thank you just isn't enough words for how thankful my husband and I are that we got this auto loan! We will definitely work with Josie in the future and recommend her to others as well. Such an amazing lady to work with!
